Do you wholesale?

Yes, we will be glad to be your supplier. We are a direct importer of Automotive Performance Parts and Accessories from Asia. We have access to literally thousands of performance products and accessories. These items are OEM parts and will have our name on it. We supply retailers all over the United States and Overseas. We currently service accounts in Germany, UK, Canada, Finland and Sweden just to name a few. For a start, we need your Company name, Address and Contact numbers. We would like you to pre-pay us before we ship. We also would like to know the volume of orders you are planning and the type of parts you will be interested in. Please visit our store at www.zerotek.net to have an idea. Depends on the volume of your order, we might be able to supply you right now or we can place a separate order for you. It usually takes about a month and half to receive shipments from our manufacturers in Asia (via cargo ship). Basically, you provide us with the product you are interested in and quantities and we will give you a price quote. You can also contact us at (916) 715-8664.

How long will it take to ship?

We will ship your order within 48 hours (after we receive your payment) via 2-3 day USPS Priority mail.

Do you ship to Canada or overseas?

Yes, we just hired an employee that could take our packages to the post office for Canadian and overseas orders. We use 4-7 day USPS Global Priority mail. Shipping is around $15 (depends on the weight and quantity). Our system will figure out the overseas shipping cost automatically and will let you know during checkout process the total before you pay for the order. We only accept www.paypal.com or www.bidpay.com payments for overseas customers.

How much do you charge for GRILL painting?

We charge $12 extra for painting 1 grill and $19 extra for 2 grills or 2 colors (black/clearcoat).

How do you install grill?

You need to "custom" trim it to fit. It can be cut with a strong pair of regular scissors. We provide installation instructions and hardware. We include plastic zip ties to secure it.

Will this grill fit my car?

Take measurements to see if 3 foot x 6 inches wide (tall) grill will fit. This is the standard grill size.

Do you match Car colors?

Sorry we do not match exact colors. We only use high-gloss generic colors (blue, black, white, red, yellow, etc.)

Do you ship GRILLS to Canada or OVERSEAS?

Yes, we charge $21 to ship it. It is very expensive due to size of box (too long) and only via regular air mail.

Do you sell other size GRILLS?

Yes, we can "custom cut" it, give us the exact measurements and we will give you a quote (maximum of 4 feet In length and max width of 12 inches).

Do you provide LOCAL pickup in Sacramento?

Sorry we are a distribution and wholesale company (not an individual Ebay seller) and we do not have the manpower to provide local pick up. We have plans to open up a store in the near future so that we can sell locally.

Can you tell me how to install my intake or BOV?

Sorry, we are not technical people. Please check with your local Performance PRO for installation questions.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, just pay $3.50 extra shipping for each additional item(s).

Why are you sold out sometimes?

Here's the explanation why we can be sold out. We are just like an airline reservation system, we always over-book (or "over-auction") our products because in eBay about a staggering 40% of our eBay winners DO NOT PAY! So, we try to protect ourselves by over-auctioning. We offer a full refund and have a long list of people willing to wait for their orders. If you would like to wait until our next shipment let us know and we will place you on the wait list.

Why is your shipping cost too high?

Our $8.99 charges are actually "shipping, handling, packaging, supplies and insurance" cost. We are a company and we pay a fulfillment center to ship our goods (unlike individuals selling their goods). We ship thousands of orders a week and need to recoupe the large cost involved with shipping, packaging, handling and insuring our products!

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we give a full refund as long as the product is not damaged and is in the original package (minus original shipping cost) and returned within 14 days.

How do I return it?

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Include a note or a copy of this e-mail about the return and neatly tape up the box and write REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER on the box (NOT ON POSTAGE), Cross-off your name and address, circle our return address and drop it off your nearest USPS MAIL BOX. If box is too large, go to post office and place in Parcel Bin. .

F-150 Intake system installation questions:

- What do I do with the Air Flow sensor that is in the stock Air Cleaner housing?

The Air Flow sensor must be removed from the original equipment and bolted to the new bracket.

Will it fit V6?

No. For V8 engines only and we do not carry any for V6.

F150 INTAKE SYSTEM INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Unhook the 2 wiring clips, one on the tube the other under the filter bucket

2. Remove the throttle body cover

3. Remove the filter bucket

4. Remove Mass Airflow Sensor (referred to as MAS for the rest of the instructions) and tubing going to the throttle body

5. Remove the 2 factory hoses from both ends(intake and on the motor)

6. Pull apart the MAS housing and keep only the MAS for reinstall

7. Remove the sensor which is in the old intake tube and replace it into the rubber hole in the steel pipe. (difficult to remove but just pull hard it will come)

8. Attach Metal Bracket from kit to MAS with the L shape away from the MAS. Do this using high temp silicon and 4 bolts( this would be handy to include in the kit). MAke sure it is attached so the air flows through the MAS the correct way, through the metal plate first.

9. slide the rubber piece with 2 large ends on to the MAS and the long end of the steel pipe leaving the hose clamps loose. Attach the other rubber piece to the steel pipe and the throttle body, tighten the hose clamp on the throttle body only. 10. Align unit by sliding the steel pip in the rubber fittings until square to the motor. Tighten all hose clamps.

11. Drill hole in plate below L bracket and put bolt through to secure L bracket.

12. Tighten filter onto L bracket using hose clamp.

13. Attach heavy hose to lower stock hose location and output closest to filter. Attach lighter hose to the other output on the steel pipe and run hose carefully so you don't have any kinks in it up to the upper stock location.

14. plug in both wiring clips.

15. Start it up and enjoy.
